We provide transport related software on a subscription basis. Features, modules and limits depend on the plan selected and may be improved or modified over time.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the software, upload unlawful content, or use the platform in a way that disrupts other users.
Fees and payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance as per the selected plan and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late payment may result in suspension of access after prior notice.
Trials and cancellation
Trial periods are provided at our discretion. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal date; fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable unless required by law.
Customer data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We process it only to deliver the services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.
Intellectual property
All software, design, text and graphics on this website are owned by the company or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the services is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the company against claims arising from your unlawful use of the services or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Begusarai, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to terms
We may revise these terms; continued use of the services after publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
